What's the theory?
As you might expect, there are no gimicks in this plan. Just
expertly applied, scientificaly proven, weight-loss fundamentals. Reduced
caloric intake combined with increased coloric expenditure, courtesy of the

When you first navigate to the web site, you are asked a series of
demographic and lifestyle questions such as current weight, gender, goal
weight, current activity levels and questions about why you think you

increments ($65). The first 5 weeks are non-refundable, after that you
