Denise Austin's Fit Forever

Denise Austin, America's #1 fitness instructor, has launched an
online weight loss and fitness site entitled, "Fit Forever", that
leverages her 20+ years of experience in motivating people to lose
weight and get fit via television and other media. She has targeted this
program specifically towards people who don't like fad diets and would
rather not set foot in a gym.
Denise Austin has truly built a fitness empire; two fitness shows,
formerly on ESPN and now on Lifetime, her own brand of skin care
products, exercise equipment (treadmills etc), books, online programs,
and a massive collection of videos and DVDs.
Fitness Profile
When you first navigate to the site, you are asked a series of
demographic and lifestyle questions such as current weight, gender, goal
weight, current aerobic activity levels, (running, biking, tennis, etc),
How much weight-lifting you currently do. And even, how you like to
spend your weekends. After answering the questions, you get the
results of your profile and a recommended daily calorie level. The
three key elements of the program are: a personalized diet for
your body type, targeted exercises for your fat zones, and daily
motivation.
Denise Austin's Fit Forever program allows 3 different calorie
levels, 1400 1600, and 1800 calories per day. You can change the daily
calorie setting at any time, and Denise points out that these are simply
guidelines.
The diet plans are somewhat traditional, low-fat, moderate protein,
and moderate carbohydrate with around 25% fat (by calories), 25% protein
and 50% carbs.
The exercise plan calls for moderate daily exercise, none of which
require attendance at a gym. Denise acts as your online personal trainer
offering up work out plans and recommendations.
The discussion boards are very active, and mentors are available to
answer questions. There is some grumbling on the boards about the meal
plans being too repititious, with people getting bored with the same
foods, but there appears to be plenty of variety now.
Program Sign-up
If you decide to sign-up, you will pay $19.95 + $4.95 shipping and
handling. What you get in return is a 4-week membership in the program,
plus 4 body shaping workouts on DVD (68 minutes) and a stability ball
and pump. If you decide you don't like the program during those first 4
weeks, you can return the stuff and get a full refund. If you decide to
continue in the program, you will be billed $4 a week in 13 week
increments ($52).
Why This Diet?
There's no debating the fact that Denise is the most well-known
fitness expert and personal trainer in the world -- bar none. Her TV
shows began airing on ESPN in 1987 and have continued on one or more
channels ever since. She has sold more than 20 million exercise videos,
and has even been appointed as a member of the Presidents Council on
Physical Fitness and Sports. Her no-nonsense program is definitely worth
a look.Where to get it:
